The Congressman has shown little responsiveness to the concerns of the people he represents, so it is incumbent upon us to make ourselves known. For more information visit Facebook.
Action 6th District Illinois
We’re a non-partisan group created by the people of the 6th Congressional District of Illinois.
We’re looking for change through:
– In-person town halls and personal accountability.
– Responsive leadership that listens to our voices, shares our concerns, and empathizes with those who struggle.
– Transparent and open communication.
– The ability to embrace all constituents, from all walks of life, regardless of race, religion or political party.
We believe that, by working together, the people of Illinois’ 6th District can join forces to bring about positive change and a stronger community united in spirit and action.
Citizen Action/Illinois is a statewide public interest and progressive political coalition. We seek to create social change in Illinois and the nation. We believe that every man, woman and child has the right to live a meaningful and fulfilling life and that there is a collective good beyond our individual interests.

We generally encompass the following U.S. Congressional Districts: northern 6 & 8, western 9 & 10, & northern 14. For more information visit us on Facebook.
